Information we use
If you contact us, we use your name, email address, company, selected area of interest and message to understand and respond to your request. The form also includes the page or article from which you contacted us. Please do not send employee payroll records, financial account details, health information or other sensitive personal data.
AI Systems quotation enquiries
When you select Submit enquiry, your contact details, optional organisation and project notes, destination, customer type and requested configuration are sent to the protected enquiry register hosted with the existing website. A reference identifies the request and helps prevent duplicate submissions. The register records receipt time, privacy-notice acknowledgement and review status. GPIRL may send an internal notification to its contact mailbox to support review; recording an enquiry does not guarantee email delivery, an offer or product availability. No payment-card data is requested or stored.
We use these details to assess your request and prepare a possible quotation. Submission does not subscribe you to marketing, link browsing history to the request or create a contract. The separate Download local copy action creates a file on your device and does not submit the enquiry. Avoid confidential, health, employee or payment information in project notes. Send any privacy or status request to the contact address above and include your reference where available.
Purpose and legal basis
We process enquiries to take steps at your request before a possible contract, where applicable. For business representatives and general enquiries, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to relevant correspondence and developing business relationships. Technical security processing serves our legitimate interest in keeping the website available and preventing misuse. We do not use this form to subscribe you to a newsletter or make automated decisions about you.
Providing your information
Contacting us is optional. The form requires the fields needed to understand and answer your enquiry; if you do not provide them, you may use the email link instead. Acknowledging this notice is not consent to marketing.
Service providers and transfers
The website is hosted with Hostinger and our contact mailbox is provided by Zoho Mail. They process information as needed to provide hosting, email delivery, security and support. The selected website server is in Germany with backups in France, and the mailbox uses Zoho’s EU service. Support, subprocessors or other service operations may involve processing outside the EEA, subject to the applicable contractual safeguards. See Hostinger’s privacy information and Zoho’s privacy information. We do not sell enquiry information.
Retention
We aim to review and delete enquiries that do not develop into an ongoing relationship within 12 months of the last meaningful contact. Information needed for an ongoing relationship, legal obligation or dispute may be kept longer for that purpose. Hosting and email providers operate their own technical logging and backup retention, described in their service documentation.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Send your request to the contact address above. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority or another competent supervisory authority.
Cookies and technical data
This version of the application does not add advertising cookies or newsletter tools. Optional GPIRL analytics are described below. Hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses, request details and security logs to deliver and protect the website. Fonts and website images are served locally. A technical local-storage preference remembers your cookie choice and its date for 180 days. Cookie preferences can be reopened on every page; optional tracking starts only after your explicit choice in those preferences. Following an external link opens a service with its own privacy practices.
Optional analytics and enquiry attribution
Analytics remain off unless offered in Cookie preferences and explicitly enabled. When enabled, GPIRL measures pages, source categories, campaign codes and clicks using a pseudonymous session identifier, on the basis of consent. No IP address, email address, full URL, form text or screen recording is stored in analytics. Events and journey associations are retained for 90 days. Session control and suppression records may be retained for 180 days to prevent late events from restoring a withdrawn session. You can reject or withdraw through Cookie preferences.
Where the enquiry form offers a separate optional attribution checkbox, choosing it allows your consented journey to be associated with an enquiry reference after the enquiry register records the request. This is not a marketing subscription and is not required to receive a reply. Enquiry details are held in the protected GPIRL enquiry register; any email correspondence remains in the mailbox under the enquiry retention rules. The enquiry-register privacy notice at /lead-privacy.html explains the separate, optional request for updates, which remains pending confirmation and does not start a campaign. Analytics are stored in the Hostinger database used by GPIRL. Automatic housekeeping runs hourly while the application is running, at startup and before data exports. GPIRL may securely import these records into its private reporting system; the same deletion and retention rules apply to imported records. Each website uses a separate session, without cross-site identity matching.
