Information we use
If you contact us, we use your name, email address, company, selected area of interest and message to understand and respond to your request. The form also includes the page or article from which you contacted us. Please do not send employee payroll records, financial account details, health information or other sensitive personal data.
Purpose and legal basis
We process enquiries to take steps at your request before a possible contract, where applicable. For business representatives and general enquiries, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to relevant correspondence and developing business relationships. Technical security processing serves our legitimate interest in keeping the website available and preventing misuse. We do not use this form to subscribe you to a newsletter or make automated decisions about you.
Providing your information
Contacting us is optional. The form requires the fields needed to understand and answer your enquiry; if you do not provide them, you may use the email link instead. Acknowledging this notice is not consent to marketing.
Service providers and transfers
The website is hosted with Hostinger and our contact mailbox is provided by Zoho Mail. They process information as needed to provide hosting, email delivery, security and support. The selected website server is in Germany with backups in France, and the mailbox uses Zoho’s EU service. Support, subprocessors or other service operations may involve processing outside the EEA, subject to the applicable contractual safeguards. Retention
We aim to review and delete enquiries that do not develop into an ongoing relationship within 12 months of the last meaningful contact. Information needed for an ongoing relationship, legal obligation or dispute may be kept longer for that purpose. Hosting and email providers operate their own technical logging and backup retention, described in their service documentation.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Send your request to the contact address above. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority or another competent supervisory authority.
Cookies and technical data
This version of the application does not add advertising cookies, analytics trackers or newsletter tools. Hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses, request details and security logs to deliver and protect the website. Fonts and website images are served locally. Following an external link opens a service with its own privacy practices.
Changes
This notice will be updated if the controller, contact process or services change, including when a company is incorporated.
